How To Become A Sponsor: To provide a scholarship for a child to one of Dominican Advance's schools is easy!
Simply go to the DONATE ONLINE page, choose to sponsor either a boy or girl, and then fill in the required information. You do not have to have a PayPal account to sponsor. Each month you will be charged $35 - that's it!

To provide a full year's scholarship for only $399, visit the DONATE ONLINE page or send a check to: Dominican Advance, PO Box 924, Williston, VT 05495. All donations and sponsorships are a tax deductible contribution to Dominican Advance. We do not accept monthly payments by check.

What Is Scholarships for Champions?
Dominican Advance provides quality Christian education to needy and deserving Dominican children on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Our schools are registered, private Christian schools housed in quality built facilities and administrated and operated by credentialed Christian teachers who use top quality curriculum Scholarships for Champions is Dominican Advance's sponsorship program that funds it's educational program.

 What Do I Receive as a Sponsor?
As a sponsor, your greatest reward is the satisfaction you receive from being able to effectively provide a brighter future for a child in the Dominican Republic. You also receive correspondence from your sponsor child three times a year. This includes his or her official school picture in the uniform, letters or artwork depending on the child's age, and his or her progress report. All correspondence is translated into English or French.
What Does My Sponsorship Provide?
Your sponsorship provides your child with all that they need to take advantage of the opportunity for a quality education. He or she receives a uniform, textbooks, and school supplies. The remainder of your sponsorship money goes to cover the operating expenses of the school. This includes school equipment and furnishings (desks, blackboards...) salary for teachers and staff, maintenance and repair, and other necessary costs.

 Can I Develop a Relationship With My Child?
The best way to develop a relationship with your sponsor child is to visit them and their family in the Dominican! In addition, there are several ways to stay in touch - sponsors may send letters that will be translated here and hand delivered to their child, we allow two gift packages a year (shipping costs extra), and sponsors may also email a picture of themselves to be printed out here and given to their child - the children love pictures!
